A full two-day “NTI ECOSYSTEM: Strategy for the Future” forum

Brief

• Organize a turnkey event and provide full technical and logistical support for the project
• Develop an “NTI ECOSYSTEM”creative concept and KV for representatives of the National Technology Initiative society in Sochi
• Organize work with the mass media

Challenge

• Hold a high-level forum in the Krasnodar Region with full project logistics
• Develop the most interesting business program with a selection of influential and relevant speakers and speech topics to ensure the turnout of 500 people in Sochi

Solution

We created a turnkey event and held a large-scale two-day “NTI ECOSYSTEM”Forum in Sochi,which was the final event of the year, dedicated to the most actual issues on the agenda of the National Technology Initiative (a long-term state program to create new markets and achieve Russian technological leadership). More than 500 representatives of the NTI community gathered at the forum to discuss long-term plans, new initiatives and tasks for implementation.

The forum included dozens of discussion platforms and sections, more than 50 speakers perfomances, including a speech by Mikhail Kotyukov, Russian Minister of Science and Higher Education and Alexander Povalko, RVC General Director. We organized an opening session, work in six parallel expert groups, working group meetings, meetings on certain NTI directions.

In preparation for the event, we created the design of all the scenery and materials for the forum, based on specially developed and technologically advanced KV and graphic language ofthe project. We organized a guest registration system, staff work and a hotline for participants. We used the Pullman Sochi Center hotel space to build the necessary detailsfor the event, providing the necessary technical equipment for the project of this scale and complexity. We designed and manufactured non-standard POS materials, printing and creative souvenir products.

We carefully approached the development of an intro-show, an award-winning entertainment program, according to the interests of the guests and the specifics of the project, while the banquet was decorated in an elegant manner of a high society party, and invited popular Russian Stand Up comics as special guests.

In the project there was a particular attention to the work with representatives of the relevant topmedia - we organized full logistics support and a press lunch for them, as part of the forum.

Thanks to the amazing LARNILANE team, the forum for 500 participants representing the STI community was held at the highest level. The grand opening, the discussion, the parallel work of 6 tracks, the award ceremony — all went well. And this is despite the fact that the participant turnout was 140%. We highly appreciated the professionalism, the openness to new ideas and formats, readiness for changes, focus on high-quality results, maximum attention to details and the responsibility with which the Agency approached the project. We especially want to note the customer focus and high comfort level in working with the agency.
