During several days, there were qualifying stages and the national final of BMW GOLF CUP INTERNATIONAL at the Skolkovo Golf Club.
We developed and implemented the representing concept of BMW brand in the tournament area, taking into account the specifics of the venue and the Skolkovo Golf Club landscape.
As part of the golf course branding, we produced and mounted laconic static expositions of the new BMW range, including the exposition of the luxurious BMW i8 concept car, as well as all the necessary elements and designs for the professional holding of the tournament.
We were responsible for the full technical and engineering support of the project, including logistics and guest registration, provided and carried out the staff selection for the event, according to the customer requirements.
We offered guests and participants of the tournament additional activities such as test drives of BMW cars, golf master classes from club professionals, the work of an on-location leather studio and a beauty corner from an event partner Aldo Coppola.
We created special music program and invited a participant from Russian The Voice show for the award ceremony and evening gala dinner.
