Spectacular dynamic presentation of the Lamborghini Huracan EVO sports car on the Moscow Raceway

Brief

• Create the concept of the event and conduct a dynamic presentation of the new Lamborghini Huracan EVO sports car for the target audience and media representatives
• Demonstrate unique dynamic and performance characteristics of the car.

Challenge

• Develop an event concept based on the Lamborghini main communication campaign - EVERYDAY AMPLIFIED
• Organize optimal zones and convenient logistics for guests at the event

Solution

The dynamic Huracán EVO sports car presentation was organized by the agency team with the participation of instructors from the Lamborghini Squadra Corse Italy racing division.

The event included exercises and races on the Moscow Raceway, in which the guests were able to personally experience the dynamic characteristics of the latest generation model with a V10 engine.

The main idea was to create an atmosphere of the Dolce vita country life style at a racing event. Part of the Moscow Raceway space turned into an Italian patio where guests enjoyed conceptual cuisine and specially designed non-alcoholic cocktails and refreshments from the best Moscow bartenders.

We have prepared a unique design project for the site, including a static exposition of the flagship of the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ lineup, the Aventador S supercar, the Urus supercar and the Huracan Performante. We provided the development and full technical support for the project, organized the staff work.

We managed to create a conceptual space, to organize optimal communication between several key areas of the event, that were distant from each other, and provided convenient logistics for the participants.

Especially for the guests of the event we designed and produced memorable gifts, each corresponding to the level of the Lamborghini brand. Literally, all the details mattered. On the final day of the project, we organized a press launch, where representatives of leading automotive and business publications participated, as well as famous bloggers.
