Brief

Create a presentation stand for:

-Broadcasting the positioning of T1 Group as a Russian IT industry leader

-Demonstrating the 16 products of the holding
‍
-Making the target audience of the Forum more aware of T1 Group as a key player in digitalization of the banking industry

-Business communication and private content show to VIP guests

Challenge

-Develop an innovative and technological format for the presentation of brand products
‍
-Organize a confidential presentation of products for VIP guests, without creating a separate area or special conditions for them

Solution

Within the framework of Moscow Innovative Financial Technologies Forum FINOPOLIS 2021/22 T1 Group presented its services in its own high-tech space.

We created a futuristic stand with several functional areas: lounge, coffee point, meeting room and presentation demo-zone.

We introduced high-tech services to demonstrate our products and services:

1. We were the first in Russia to use the revolutionary technology VOLUMETRIC LED DISPLAY - LED screens with the ability to display objects in three dimensions. With their help we were able to create a visual-associative symbol for each product. Detailed information on each of them was presented on touch-tables.

2. For the presentation of closed materials to VIP guests right in the common area, we developed a technology that allowed a select audience to see the information hidden from the rest. The guests got special glasses, the lenses of which were covered with polarizing film, allowing the guests to see the content on the presentation screen, which they couldn't see without their glasses.

3. Three interactive touch-tables presented the brand's products by directions: financial, technological and operational. With the help of gamification, we presented complex information in an optimal game format.

4. The exclusive activity "Delivery of innovation", in which our "agent" in a branded uniform traveled around the forum with an LED backpack and offered the participants to take part in a quiz and win digital gifts.

5. A reception for high-ranking guests was organized in the T1 Group space. Among them: Elvira Nabiullina, Chairman of the Central Bank, Maxut Shadaev, Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, Olga Skorobogatova, First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank, and Andrey Kostin, President and Chairman of VTB.

For us, S-Class is a very special model of the car, leading one. To present New S-Class to the audience right after the world premiere is a pure privilege we are very proud of.

The Agency developed and helped to implement the idea of private events for clients in Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as a series of events in other Russian cities. The concept of the event, which is The Privilege of Intelligence, was a synergy of innovative technology. And the New S-Class became a symbol of it, within the elements of traditions and luxury. The new model of the car was presented by international opera diva and Honored Artist of Russia, Aida Garifullina.

For those who could not attend the private presentation in Moscow, a live broadcast of the show was arranged.

The colleagues made a go of it, great job for 100%, and our guest were very pleased with the event what is one of the key markers of success for us.

This launch can truly be considered the most significant of the year.
